Acro Yoga & Partner Fitness Sessions
Build trust, core strength, and coordination with my partner yoga and acro flows. Whether you are a beginner or looking to advance, we will make fitness feel like play.

This video shows a dynamic Acro Yoga flow between partners. It starts with a backbend base, moves into a supported handstand, and demonstrates the trust and coordination we build in these sessions.
A fun and challenging three-person Acro Yoga pose. This shows how we can get creative and build poses that require teamwork, balance, and collective strength.

A fun partner workout sequence in the park. This clip shows how we use each other's body weight for resistance, including assisted handstand push-ups and plank variations.
A creative partner pose combining a full plank hold with a wheel pose (Chakrasana). We use park benches to create a stable base for this challenging strength and flexibility exercise.
This partner exercise combines a bar hang with an L-sit crunch. It's an intense workout for building grip strength, upper body power, and core stability all at once.
About Acro & Partner Yoga
Acro yoga is less about just holding poses and more about learning to trust your partner. I provide physical spotting for every inversion and difficult asana, so you can safely experiment with new balances and strength flows without the fear of falling.
When we work together in acro yoga, we move beyond individual limits. I focus on creating a supportive environment where we build the foundation first, before trying any complex stacks or flows.
Whether you are a couple wanting a unique workout experience or friends looking to build core strength and flexibility, my sessions are designed to be interactive and fun. We utilize the park for our outdoor sessions, which allows us to use benches, trees, and natural equipment to deepen our partner exercises. If you prefer the comfort of a dedicated space, I also run group studio classes in Dwarka that incorporate these partner-based strength movements.
What we focus on:
- Foundational Trust: Learning how to base and fly with proper weight distribution.
- Core & Stability: Using partner weight for resistance in exercises like planks and assisted push-ups.
- Technical Spotting: I am always there to assist, ensuring that even if you are trying a new handstand or balance pose, you have a helping hand nearby.
- Accessible Progression: We start with simple balances and move toward more complex flows as your coordination improves.
These sessions are not just about getting fit, but about communication and shared movement. You do not need a background in gymnastics to start, just a willingness to learn and move together.
