Dekho bhai, fitness ka shortcut nahi hai (there's no shortcut in fitness). If you want results, you need mehnat - not fancy equipment, not big promises. I’m not about showing off or fake motivation. I do this work with shiddat (full passion), and I expect the same from you.

How I Work With You
- I don’t use one-size-fits-all plans. We create a custom home fitness plan based on your goals.
- Want flexibility and strength? We’ll do private yoga sessions at home like Power Yoga and Surya Namaskar.
- If you’re new, I’ll start you off with bodyweight workouts for beginners: push-ups, planks, agility drills, whatever suits your level.
- Got some dumbbells or resistance bands lying around? Perfect. I’ll design strength training with minimal equipment to build muscle and stamina.
- Your routine, your pace. I adjust everything for your body, your schedule—even if you need a 5 AM slot.

Main Rocky, New Delhi se. Fitness mera junoon hai – gym, yoga, sab kuch. Log sochte hain body banane ke liye gym jaate hain, par asli fayda dimaag aur focus ka hai. Kaam jab passion ban jaaye, toh koi hila nahi sakta. Shareer fit rakhna meri zimmedari hai, baaki sab Ishwar par chhod diya. Main koshish karta hoon ki bojh na banun kisi par. Har Har Mahadev!
