This is my setup for an online training session. From here, I guide clients through live yoga flows and workouts, offering personalized feedback right from the comfort of their home.

About Online Yoga Classes

Unlike pre-recorded videos, I am watching you on screen throughout our 45-60 minute session to adjust your alignment and ensure you are safe. You only need a 6x4 ft clear floor space to get started.

If you have struggled to stay consistent with pre-recorded fitness videos, live interaction makes all the difference. In my virtual sessions, we use Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp to connect, and I watch you move in real-time. Whether we are focusing on Hatha Yoga postures or bodyweight strength work, I am there to provide verbal cues and correct your alignment so you get the most out of every movement.

You do not need a massive home gym or expensive equipment. All you need is a small corner of your home, a stable internet connection, and a yoga mat. I structure these sessions based on your personal goals and energy levels for the day. We might focus on deep flexibility for back pain relief, power yoga sequences to build strength, or even gentle mobility work if you are a senior.

Why choose online training? You save time on travel, you can train in your comfortable home environment, and you get my undivided attention without the distraction of a crowded studio. Since these are not pre-recorded, I can adapt the flow based on how you feel—if you are tired, we slow it down. If you have energy, we push the intensity.

I also offer specialized modules like prenatal yoga to help with sleep and strength, or bodyweight conditioning if you want to skip the gym entirely. These sessions are perfect if you are living in a busy city like Delhi NCR and want to avoid the traffic while still getting high-quality fitness coaching.
