What space do I need? You just need a small, clear space (about 6x4 ft) for a mat. I bring any extra props like resistance bands or yoga wheels if we need them.
Can I train with my family? Absolutely. Small group training for families or friends is one of my favourite ways to teach. It keeps everyone motivated and makes the session a bonding experience.
