- Environment: Air-conditioned training hall suitable for high-intensity workouts.

- Frequency: Access to classes 3 to 6 days a week based on batch selection.

1-on-1 Private Flip Coaching
Exclusive Attention
- Format: Single 60-minute private session focusing entirely on specific client goals (e.g., unlocking a backflip).
- Spotting: Continuous physical support for every single repetition to minimize fear and injury risk.
Technical Approach
- Analysis: Immediate video breakdown of form to correct technique on the spot.

Location Options
- In-Studio: Full access to academy foam mats, crash pads, and AC facility.
- At-Home: Trainer travels to client location (client must provide safe space/grass). Includes travel costs within standard radius.
About Tumbling & Acrobatics
I believe your body’s always under construction. Freestyle movement and fitness run deep for me, and I’ll say this up front - age doesn’t matter, hard work does. I’ve seen folks from young kids to retirees pick up skills, so if you’re thinking “Am I too old for this?” Arrey, bilkul nahi (Not at all).
What We Actually Do
- You’ll learn flips and tumbles, from basic rolls to wild moves like backflips, frontflips, wall flips, and butterfly flips.
- We break down handsprings, cartwheels, and core balance work. Handstand drills and simple strength exercises are part of every session.
- Flexibility matters. Expect backbends (Chakrasana), splits, and mobility routines every time.
- I keep things practical - you’ll hear me say stuff like “Bas yahan se leg change kar lo” (Just switch the leg from here) when spotting your moves.
Who Can Join?
- Doesn’t matter if you’re totally new or want to nail advanced freestyle tumbling techniques. I tailor the plan to you.
- All ages, all genders - and yes, there are dedicated girls gymnastics classes if you want a comfortable space.
- I’ve got specialty batches for kids, adults, and even summer camps.

- Safety first - thick mats, crash pads, incline mats, and barrels at my Laxmi Nagar academy.
- Hands-on, direct coaching. I’m right there, guiding every step.

My Story
We’re FlyFlipper Academy, right here in Delhi. For us, it’s all about that moment someone nails their first backflip or an uncle shows up and proves he’s still got it. Fitness isn’t just boring reps, it’s fun, movement, and trying wild stuff with your body. You’ll find us spotting every student, cheering on kids and adults alike.
