About Advanced Flips & Parkour
Learning a flip is as much about trust as it is about strength. At my academy, you won't be guessing your form or risking an awkward landing. I provide 100% manual spotting on every repetition, using high-density crash mats to build your confidence before you ever attempt a move solo.

My approach is strictly practical. We break complex movements into manageable drills. If you are learning a backflip, we start with handspring drills and controlled jumps. You won't move to the full skill until your foundation is rock solid.

I don't believe in one size fits all. If you are here for parkour, we focus on agility and vaulting. If your goal is gymnastics, we drill form and clean lines. You will hear me say things like "wahan se leg change karna hai" because adjustments happen in the moment, not in theory.
We offer group batches for that energetic, community-driven vibe, and 1-on-1 private sessions if you want to unlock a specific skill, like a standing backflip, as fast as possible. Regardless of your current level, if you show up and put in the work, I will get you to the next step.
