My Approach: Not Just Flips, Real Growth
At MMA Tigers, my focus is simple - I want to make champions, not just teach stunts. Gymnastics here is about more than acrobatics. It’s about building your base - flexibility, strength, and discipline that’ll stick for life. Jaise loha aag mein tapta hai, waise yahan students naya roop lete hain (like iron forged in fire, students transform here). It’s tough. But honestly, it’s worth every drop of sweat.
What You’ll Learn
- First, we work on flexibility and strength for athletes. Expect everything from basic stretches to tough backbends, splits, and full-body bodyweight gymnastics training.
- Once you’re solid, we dive into flips, tumbles, and the fun side. Cartwheels, forward rolls, and advanced stuff like back handsprings - all on padded mats, with safety first.
- Balance and control matter too. We use drills and equipment like stability balls so your body listens to you, not the other way around.
Who Trains With Me
I coach everyone - tiny kids (3-6), juniors (7-12), teens (13-17), and adults, no matter your background. Discipline is all I ask for.
How We Train
You can join group classes at our Tilak Nagar academy, get personal training, or even call us home for acrobatics classes in Delhi.
No Compromise Zone
Training mein koi compromise nahi (there’s no compromise in training). Main push karunga, form sahi karunga, aur darr hata dunga (I’ll push you, fix your form, and remove your fear). When you win, I know the mehnat safal hui (hard work paid off). That’s how champions are made. Simple.

Weight loss kickboxing and fitness - Sirf fighting nahi, weight loss, discipline, aur energetic feel ke liye bhi training hoti hai.
Real life street defence focus - 'Tez maarna' sikhaata hoon, training tough hai, taaki road pe bhi kaam aaye.
Personal MMA training at home - Academy nahi aa sakte? Ghar pe bhi training available hai – personal attention milta hai.
