A look at what we do at FlyFlipper Academy. From kids learning their first roll to adults nailing backflips, this is about building strength, skill, and confidence at any age.

This is what we work towards. With proper technique and safe, guided practice, you can achieve dynamic moves like this standing backflip. It's about building trust in yourself and the process.

People often ask if they're too old to start. My answer is always no. Here is one of my students, at 65 years old, proving that age is just a number when you have determination.

It’s amazing to see the energy and fearlessness in young learners. I make sure classes for kids are not just about learning skills like this forward roll, but also about having fun in a safe, structured environment.

Calisthenics is a core part of our training. Building this kind of strength with moves like the human flag takes dedication, and it forms the foundation for all advanced acrobatic skills.

The skills you learn here aren't just for the gym. We sometimes take our training outdoors to apply parkour and freerunning techniques in a real-world environment, like these flips at Lodhi Garden.

Balance is fundamental. We work on drills like handstand walks to build core stability and body control, which are essential for every single flip and tumble you'll learn.

Flexibility is key to preventing injuries and mastering movements. Group sessions often include foundational stretches like the backbend, or Chakrasana, to improve mobility for everyone.

Every advanced move starts with the basics. Here, I am providing hands-on support for a back handspring, guiding the student through the motion to build muscle memory and confidence safely.

About Featured

You will notice a lot of hands-on work in these clips, and that is intentional. When you are learning a backflip or a handstand, theory only goes so far—you need physical support to break the fear barrier. I am right there spotting every movement, correcting your mechanics on the mat so you land safely and progress faster.
