My Approach
I believe the body is always under construction. Doesn’t matter if you’re just starting out or hitting 65, calisthenics is for anyone willing to show up and put in the work. I guide, you grind - results will follow.
What Calisthenics Means Here
Everything we do is bodyweight training. Real, functional strength - no fancy machines, just you and your own power. Think gymnastics-based fitness: control, flexibility, and balance get as much attention as strength.
What You’ll Learn
- Basics first, always. Push-ups, pistol squats, and core drills - proper form is the foundation.
- Bar work is huge here. I’ll get you from your first pull-up (bands available) to advanced stuff like muscle-ups and levers. We get into dynamic moves too, like skin the cat.
- Want to try handstands or front levers? We train for those impressive skills you see all over Insta.
- Flexibility and mobility workouts are a must. Backbends, splits, shoulder openers - not just for show, but to prevent injury.
Who’s Welcome
Everyone. I teach kids, adults, seniors, and have separate classes for girls who want a supportive vibe. Doesn’t matter where you’re starting from, as long as you’re ready to push a bit.
My Coaching Style
Group classes are the main thing - motivates everyone, plus community vibes. If you prefer personal training or want me to come to your home in Delhi, that’s possible too. I’m hands-on, always spotting and giving feedback with simple cues, sometimes in Hindi like “wahan se leg change karna hai” (change the leg from there). Keeps it real and safe.

My Story
We’re FlyFlipper Academy, right here in Delhi. For us, it’s all about that moment someone nails their first backflip or an uncle shows up and proves he’s still got it. Fitness isn’t just boring reps, it’s fun, movement, and trying wild stuff with your body. You’ll find us spotting every student, cheering on kids and adults alike. A bit of guidance, a bit of masti (fun) - that’s what makes it worth it for us.
