From learning the basic jump to executing a wall-assisted backflip, I guide you through each progression. Safety and proper form are my top priorities.

The joy on a student's face after landing a flip, even with assistance, is why I do this. I'm right there to support the back and ensure a safe landing every time.

Using equipment like this large block helps students get the height they need for a backflip. I spot them closely to guide their rotation and build their technique.

I provide constant guidance and spotting during back handspring training. You can see me instructing the student just before she begins the movement.

About Backflips & Back Handsprings

Landing a backflip starts with overcoming fear, and that is where my manual spotting comes in. I am right there with you on the mats, guiding your rotation and supporting your back until your feet touch the ground safely. It is not about throwing yourself into it; it is about building the mechanics of the jump and the snap of the legs with consistent, hands-on correction.
