How I Teach Parkour
Parkour for beginners is where I start, no fancy stuff till you’re ready. We break down the basics - vaults, jumps, balancing, and yes, some safe acrobatics, but only when you’re up for it. Sessions are hands-on, a bit sweaty, and sometimes you’ll fall, but that’s part of the game. I want you to move better, not just look cool.
Kids & Adults - Everyone’s Welcome
If you’re an adult itching to try something new, or you’ve got a hyper kid who loves climbing everything, we make space for both. Our kids’ sessions are full of games - tons of energy, lots of laughter. Adults get a more structured flow-based movement, but honestly, everyone ends up smiling by the end.
Where It Happens
Classes run at Siri Fort stadium, with matted floors and all sorts of urban obstacle training gear. My crew, especially Uzair, knows their stuff but keeps it friendly. We’re just people who love to move and help others do the same.

My Story
Moving to Siri Fort was wild for us! We’re Delhi Rock, and honestly, this new space just feels alive. I still laugh thinking about those days we were poking at the wall with cloth, figuring out what goes where. Now, seeing families, NGOs, and especially kids just goofing around and trying new things – that’s the real win. We’re all about community, and it’s only the beginning.
