Fitness is about movement, not just boring reps. Whether you are six or sixty, I focus on safe, guided progress at my Laxmi Nagar academy.

Here I am coaching an adult student through a tumbling sequence. My classes are open to all ages and I create a supportive environment for everyone to learn.

This is one of my proudest coaching moments. At 65 years old, this student is proof that with hard work and the right guidance, you can achieve your fitness goals at any age.

I provide personal training for adults who want to work on specific goals, like improving flexibility for this backbend. It's never too late to start.

About Training for All Ages

Most people think gymnastics is only for kids, but I train everyone from toddlers to seniors. If you are nervous about trying a backflip or a handstand, you are not doing it alone. I am personally there for every rep, using manual spotting to ensure you land safely while you build your confidence.

It Is Never Too Late to Start

I hear "Am I too old for this?" all the time. Arrey, bilkul nahi (not at all). I have trained 65-year-olds who are stronger and more flexible than people half their age. The only thing that matters is showing up and being persistent. At FlyFlipper Academy, we don't believe in one-size-fits-all fitness. We start wherever you are today—whether that is struggling to touch your toes or wanting to master a butterfly kick.

How We Keep It Safe

Safety is non-negotiable. My academy in Laxmi Nagar is fitted with high-density EVA foam puzzle mats and crash pads. When you are learning new moves like cartwheels or handsprings, I am right there with you. My coaching style is hands-on; you will hear me saying things like "wahan se leg change karna hai" (switch the leg from there) to correct your form in real-time. I break down complex acrobatics into small, manageable steps so you never feel overwhelmed.

Flexible Training Options

  • Group Classes: A fun, community-driven environment where you train alongside others. It’s great for motivation and shared progress.
  • Private Coaching: If you have specific goals like unlocking a backflip or working on deep flexibility, we can do 1-on-1 sessions. I can even travel to your location within Delhi if you have a safe space to practice.
