Fitness is about movement, not just boring reps. Whether you are six or sixty, I focus on safe, guided progress at my Laxmi Nagar academy.

Here I am coaching an adult student through a tumbling sequence. My classes are open to all ages and I create a supportive environment for everyone to learn.

This is one of my proudest coaching moments. At 65 years old, this student is proof that with hard work and the right guidance, you can achieve your fitness goals at any age.

This video shows a mix of kids and adults training together. Our academy is a community where everyone is welcome to work on their physical strength and skills.

I provide personal training for adults who want to work on specific goals, like improving flexibility for this backbend. It's never too late to start.

About Training for All Ages

Most people think gymnastics is only for kids, but I train everyone from toddlers to seniors. If you are nervous about trying a backflip or a handstand, you are not doing it alone. I am personally there for every rep, using manual spotting to ensure you land safely while you build your confidence.
