We’re not about quick fixes or fancy health clubs. At Warrior Gymnastics Academy, our akhada in Gurgaon is built for adults who want more than “just fitness”. You’ll train like an athlete, with a focus on real strength, skill, and discipline. I’m a national gold medallist, and my team and I are hands-on every session, pushing you past your limits.
How We Coach
Hard work is the core here. Doesn’t matter if you’re starting at zero - yahan bilkul beginner se advance tak sabka swagat hai (everyone from complete beginners to advanced is welcome). You’ll hear us shout, “Chest tight rakho! Extend karo!” (Keep your chest tight! Extend!) while you grind through drills. When you get it right, you’ll get a solid “Shabash!” (Well done!).
Our Approach
- Adult gymnastics coaching for strength and skill, with progressions like handstands, L-sits, and tumbling on pro equipment.
- Functional strength workouts (calisthenics) that hit core, endurance, and full-body control.
- Flexibility and mobility routines are a must - splits, backbends, and deep stretches in every class.
- Parkour training for beginners: Learn to jump, vault, and land safely, in a matted space with all equipment.

My Story
We’re Warrior Gymnastics Academy, started by Afjal—national gold medallist and a bit of a drill sergeant. Gymnastics is our life, not just sport. Students here? Family. We shout 'Warrior! Warrior! Hip hip! Hooray!' and push each other hard. Main baar baar bolunga, 'Chal phir se!' (I’ll keep saying, 'Go again!'). You’ll sweat, maybe grumble, but when you see results, you’ll get why we do things this way. It’s about spirit, not just medals.
My Work
Gymnastics & Fitness Training - We train all levels in artistic gymnastics, acrobatics, and flexibility improvement for kids—plus adult calisthenics and parkour classes.
Who Can Join - Hum sabko train karte hain (We train everyone)—kids chasing medals, adults wanting real strength or gymnastics-based weight loss.
How We Coach - Certified, tough coaching. Technique matters. You’ll hear ‘Control, control. Perfect.’ Basics first, always.
Our Goal - We build competitors for district, state, national events. But mostly, we build warriors—pain today, strength tomorrow.
