About Parkour Training
My Way of Parkour
I see parkour as a way to really understand your body, not just do crazy stunts. Every body is a work in progress, no matter your age or ability. What matters is the effort you put in and staying consistent.
What You’ll Learn
- We start with basics: safe landings, precision jumps, and rolls – all the foundation stuff that keeps you injury-free.
- Then comes obstacle navigation: vaults (like Kong vault), moving over boxes, and tackling urban obstacle training.
- Wall runs, wall flips, and, yeah, those impressive flips and tricks you see online – all taught step by step.
- Progress is everything. You’ll build up from beginner parkour moves to things like back handsprings, sideflips, Websters, and beyond.
Safety, Always
First thing you’ll see here is the setup: thick crash mats, padded floors, and loads of landing pads. Makes it safe to fail and try again. I’m literally hands-on while you learn new things, saying things like “wahan se leg change karna hai” (change your leg from there) till you get it right.
Who Can Join?
If you want to get stronger, faster, or just try something new, you’re good to go. I work with kids, adults, and even a 65-year-old uncle who proves age is just a number. Bas push karna hai (just gotta push yourself).

My Story
We’re FlyFlipper Academy, right here in Delhi. For us, it’s all about that moment someone nails their first backflip or an uncle shows up and proves he’s still got it. Fitness isn’t just boring reps, it’s fun, movement, and trying wild stuff with your body. You’ll find us spotting every student, cheering on kids and adults alike. A bit of guidance, a bit of masti (fun) - that’s what makes it worth it for us.
