High-Performance Coaching
- Mentorship: Direct training under NIS Qualified (Grade A) Head Coach.
- Competition Prep: Routine choreography and technical training aligned with SGFI and CBSE scoring codes.
- Selection: Admission based on aptitude trials and dedication.
Advanced Training
- Skills: Mastery of back handsprings, saltos, aerial cartwheels, and high-bar giants.
- Conditioning: Rigorous strength drills, plyometrics, and rope climbs for athletic endurance.
- Intensity: 6 days a week with extended 1.5 to 2.5-hour daily sessions.
Outdoor Foundation Program (Sector 88)
Venue & Setup
- Location: Open-air training on grass at RPS Savana Society Park, Sector-88.
- Equipment: Portable checkered safety mats, octagonal tumblers for back-bending, and mini-balance beams.
- Batch Size: Groups of 12-15 students managed by assistant coaches.
Training Scope
- Focus: Fundamental motor skills, body awareness, and basic agility.
- Skills: Instruction in forward/backward rolls, cartwheels, and handstand progressions.
- Schedule: 60-minute sessions held 3 times a week on alternate days.
Indoor Academy Program (Sector 16)
Facility Infrastructure
- Studio: Climate-controlled indoor facility with professional jigsaw flooring.
- Apparatus: Full access to balance beams, uneven bars, vaulting boxes, and gymnastic rings.
- Safety: Use of heavy-duty crash pads, spotting belts, and foam landing blocks for risk-free learning.
Technical Curriculum
- Skill Level: Progression to walkovers, round-offs, handsprings, and aerial preparations.
- Supervision: Improved student-to-coach ratio (approx 1:8) allowing manual spotting for difficult tricks.
- Schedule: 60 to 75-minute sessions available 3 to 5 days per week.

What I Do
I coach gymnastics. My focus is on building strength, flexibility, and discipline. I want every kid to feel like a hero, and I push for real results, not just medals. We work hard, we celebrate progress, and yes, sometimes it’s tough - but you’ll see the difference.
My Credentials
I’m NIS qualified, certified by Sports Authority of India. Got an ‘A’ grade, so you can trust I know my stuff. Parents trust me with their kids. I take it seriously.
Classes for All
- Toddler sessions are playful and safe. We start with basics, stretching, motor skills.
- Kids’ beginner gymnastics classes focus on fitness, technique, and fun. We teach from ground zero to some pretty cool moves.
- Gymnastics for adults - age doesn’t matter. Come for fitness, flexibility, or even just to try something new.
- For those aiming high, I run competitive gymnastics training. We prepare for state-level gymnastics preparation - SGFI, CBSE Nationals, district meets. It’s intense, but worth it.
Our Space
Sector-16 is our main place - all-new gear, mats everywhere, small batches, so attention is personal. Sector-88 is the second branch. Safety is top priority. Thik hai? (Alright?)

My Story
Namaste! We’re Kids Gymnastics and Yoga Center, but most folks call us Bittu Gymnastics. Our life is all about coaching little champions - gymnastics, yoga, dance, fitness, sab kuch (everything). NIS certified, medal-winning students, and a team that feels like family. Every kid’s win is our win. Practice mood is always on, and we believe in building strength and confidence, ek team, ek dream (one team, one dream).
