My Shaolin Flexibility Method

This isn’t yoga, and it’s not your average stretching class. I use Shaolin mobility drills and functional flexibility routines that build real martial artist conditioning. The main goal? Make you fitt & active, with strength that matches your range of motion.

How We Train

  • We work on splits - both side and middle - with step-by-step progressions. Standing splits help your balance and control too.
  • I use boxes, straps, and other tools to safely deepen stretches.
  • Dynamic kicking exercises like high kicks, roundhouse, and jump kicks train your hips and hamstrings, while Kung Fu stances build power and hip mobility.
  • You’ll learn bodyweight strength for flexibility through skills like handstands and fun partner drills.

For Everyone

Kids, teens, adults - all are welcome. I’ve seen children transform in a year, but anyone with spirit can join.

Beyond Physical

My Story

Assalamu Alaikum dosto (hello friends). I’m Aaftab Sheikh Siddiquee, Kung-Fu Master. Been kicking around for 19 years, certified by International Shaolin Kung-Fu Federation. For me, Kung Fu is life - keeps me fitt & active, like water, always moving. I tell my students, defeat is only in your mind. Proud Indian Muslim, my faith gives me strength. I want to help you find power in mind, body, spirit. Never give up, dost 😊.

My Work

All Martial Arts Training - I teach Shaolin Kung Fu, Kids Kung Fu classes, M.M.A self defence, fitness, gymnastics, Wing Chun basics, Taichi meditation, Qigong.

Open for All Ages - Kids, teens, adults - beginners or pros, all are welcome. Start with basics, move up as you grow.

Mind, Body, Spirit Approach - Kung Fu is more than fighting. It helps with focus, self-control, balance, and inner peace.

Authentic Shaolin Style - I teach real Chinese martial arts, from meditation and breathing to kicks like Raund house and Back Hourse.
