About Our Student Champions
Medals do not happen by accident. They come from the hours we spend on the mats at our Laxmi Nagar academy, breaking down every cartwheel and handspring until the mechanics feel natural. My job is to provide the 100% manual spotting that removes the fear factor, allowing students to push their physical limits safely. When you see our students on the podium, you are seeing the result of that repetition-heavy, hands-on training style.
Competitive gymnastics is as much about mental confidence as it is about physical strength. At FlyFlipper Academy, we prepare students for championships by drilling the fundamentals until they are second nature. Whether a student is seven years old or in their twenties, the process remains the same: we start with basic body control, move to drills on foam mats, and gradually increase the difficulty of the flips.
Why Our Training Works
- Manual Spotting: We do not just show you a move and watch. I am on the mat with you, physically guiding your body through the arc of a backflip or handspring to ensure your safety and form.
- Competition Focus: For those aiming to compete, we adjust the curriculum to focus on clean execution and presentation, which is exactly what judges look for at events like the Moral Gymnastics Championship.
- Inclusive Environment: You will see kids, adults, and beginners in our classes. Everyone trains together, which creates a culture where the younger students see the progress of the seniors, and everyone motivates each other.
Getting Started
If you are worried about whether you are starting too late, do not be. We have trained people of all ages who had zero prior experience. The only requirement is that you show up, listen, and put in the work. Whether you want to win a medal or just want the ability to perform a clean backflip, the path is the same: consistency. We have group batches and private sessions available to get you moving.
Dev Raj
My name is Dev, and at FlyFlipper Academy, I treat every student like an athlete in training. Whether you want to compete or just nail a backflip, I am there on the mats with you, spotting every move until you get it right.
