Kids Floor Gymnastics & Agility Training
Skill Curriculum
- Floor Fundamentals: Instruction covers forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, bridges, and introduction to round-offs.
- Conditioning: Integrated bodyweight exercises including bear crawls, frog jumps, and hollow body holds for core strength.
- Motor Skills: Drills targeting balance, spatial awareness, and body control suitable for ages 4 to 12.
Facility & Equipment
- Safety Flooring: Training conducted on 25mm to 40mm interlocking EVA puzzle mats for impact absorption.
- Agility Tools: Usage of foam or wooden plyometric boxes for jump training and agility ladders for footwork speed.
- Supervision: Classes led by a National Level Coach with a controlled student ratio (approx 1:12) to ensure spotting safety.
Schedule
- Duration: 60-minute sessions including dynamic warm-up and cool-down.
- Timing: Primarily evening or weekend slots to accommodate school schedules.
Dance Fitness & Bollywood Cardio
Dance Styles
- Zumba: Cardio-focused routines using Latin and International beats for endurance and calorie burning.
- Bollywood & Freestyle: Choreographed sequences to popular tracks focusing on rhythm and coordination.
- Seasonal Themes: Includes access to occasional special workshops like BollyGarba.
Studio Infrastructure
- Environment: Air-conditioned basement facility with ventilation for comfort during high-sweat sessions.
- Audio-Visual: Equipped with high-wattage tower speakers and wall-to-wall mirrors for self-correction.

- Target Group: Open to teens (12+) and adults.
- Frequency: Standard access allows for 2 sessions per week.

For the Young Warriors
Our kids gymnastics training is designed to help children flip, roll, and build real athletic skill. Every session is guided by a national-level coach, so technique and safety come first. There’s loads of masti (fun) but also that discipline you need to grow stronger. Expect work on core strength, stamina, and flexibility – not just tricks.
Dance for Anyone Who Wants to Move
Our dance fitness classes are open to all ages, with different groups for kids and adults. Whether it's Zumba, Kids Bollywood, or a BollyGarba workshop, you get a space to express yourself and build confidence. No need to be shy or perfect – just move and enjoy.

My Story
Started out in a regular park, just a kid chasing dreams. Fifteen years later, here we are - medals, black belt, all that jazz, but honestly, the real kick is seeing folks change, inside out. MMA Masterkickers isn’t just about punches and kicks. It’s about finding your own power, building mental strength, and yes, thoda power lagao! (Put in some power!) That’s what we’re about.
