About Kids & Youth Gymnastics

We don't just dump kids on a mat and hope for the best. Every session uses specific equipment like barrels, incline wedges, and foam pits to break down complex moves like cartwheels and rolls safely. This allows your child to learn the mechanics of body control and gain confidence before they even attempt a flip.

Building Foundation Through Movement

Gymnastics isn't just about winning medals; it's about physical literacy. At FlyFlipper Academy, I focus on the basics that every kid needs: coordination, balance, and core strength. Whether they are learning to do a simple forward roll or working up to a back handspring, the goal is always the same—get them moving and get them stronger.

Why Our Approach Works

Safety is non-negotiable. We use high-density EVA foam mats, crash pads, and inclined cheese mats to make landing soft. I am physically there for every single rep. When I say, "Wahan se leg change karna hai" (Change your leg from there), I am helping them adjust their body mechanics on the fly to prevent injury and improve form.

What Kids Learn

  • Fundamental Acrobatics: Rolls, cartwheels, and handstands to build spatial awareness.
  • Strength & Conditioning: Fun, age-appropriate drills using rings, bars, and ladder circuits.
  • Flexibility: Gentle stretching routines like Chakrasana (bridge) to keep them supple and injury-free.

Membership & Batches

We offer group batches in Laxmi Nagar that run 3 to 6 days a week. These sessions are mixed-skill, meaning your child learns alongside others, which keeps the energy high. Fees range from ₹2000 to ₹3000 per month, covering all equipment and manual spotting. If your child needs extra focus or is working toward a specific skill, 1-on-1 private coaching sessions are also available starting at ₹800 per session.
