Standard Acrobatics Plan (3 Days/Week)
Schedule & Access
- Frequency: 3 days a week (typically Mon-Wed-Fri or Tue-Thu-Sat).
- Session Duration: 60 to 75 minutes per class depending on batch size.
- Batch Type: Mixed group classes utilizing shared floor space.
Training Scope (Foundations)
- Mobility Warm-up: 15-minute mandatory joint preparation for wrists, ankles, and neck.
- Floor Basics: Instruction on forward/backward rolls, cartwheels, and round-offs.
- Balancing: Wall-assisted handstands and headstand progressions.
- Flexibility: Assisted stretching routines for splits and back bridges.
Facility & Equipment
- Safety Gear: Access to standard 6-8 inch crash mats and puzzle mat flooring.
- Learning Aids: Usage of octagonal tumbler and incline wedge mat for mechanics.
- Environment: Non-AC, fan-cooled indoor facility with basic changing area.
Coaching Support
- Ratio: Group instruction with approximately 1 coach per 12-15 students.
- Spotting: Manual spotting by instructors for basic skill acquisition.
Unlimited Advanced Flips & Parkour (6 Days/Week)
Schedule & Access
- Frequency: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
- Session Duration: Extended training up to 90 minutes for conditioning and practice.
- Access Level: Full access to Gymnastics, Parkour, and Calisthenics batches.
Advanced Skill Curriculum
- Aerial Skills: Progressions for backflips, front flips, and back handsprings.
- Parkour Elements: Wall runs, kong vaults, precision jumps, and landing mechanics.
- Strength: High-volume bar work including pull-ups, dips, and muscle-up progressions.
Equipment & Safety
- Advanced Apparatus: Usage of vaulting boxes and high bars for swinging flips.
- Priority Spotting: Hands-on physical spotting by head coach for aerial maneuvers.

I’m Ricky, and flips, parkour, and acrobatics are my thing. If you’ve always wanted to learn a backflip or just want to try something wild, this is the place. At Fly Flipper Academy, I focus on making acrobatics fun and safe for everyone - kids, adults, total beginners, or anyone who thinks they missed the boat. Yahan koi age ka chakkar nahi hai (here, age doesn't matter).
Who Can Train Here?
No age limit. Beginners are welcome, whether you’re a grown-up trying to learn your first cartwheel or a kid with endless energy. We run adult beginner tumbling classes and have separate groups so you train at your own pace.
How We Train
Safety comes first. The academy’s stacked with thick mats and all the right gear. I break down every move, from cartwheels to safe backflip training, and spot you till you nail it. We go slow, build confidence, and make sure you never feel rushed.

- Gymnastics basics for all ages: Cartwheels, roundoffs
- Backflips, back handsprings, and parkour-style flips coaching

My Story
Main FlyFlipper Academy se Ricky. Log kehte hain, flips kaise karte ho? For me, ye bas moves nahi, mera style hai. Laxmi Nagar mein academy kholi kyunki energy sabko feel karani thi. Yahan koi 'ye humse nahi hoga' nahi chalta. Sab try karte hain – ladies, boys, girls – pehla wall flip, backhandspring, sab possible hai. Hum excuses nahi, results dekhte hain. Main bhi seekh raha hoon, tum bhi seekho. Be a flipper, bas barrier tod do!
