At Delhi Combat, yoga isn’t just stretching under soft lights. We’re all about building real strength and a body that can take a beating. Our vibe is high-energy, not zen garden. You won’t find incense here, but you will find workouts that combine power yoga for athletes and functional mobility exercises.
What We Do - Seedha Tarika
We mix classic yoga with dynamic flexibility drills and mobility workouts. Expect stuff like:
- Headstands, handstands, extreme backbends - not for show, but to build core strength and balance
- Animal walks and resistance bands for real-world movement
- Acro yoga partner training, which needs trust and guts - not everyone’s cup of tea, but worth it for the strength and confidence
- Kids’ classes focused on yoga for kids’ strength, discipline, and making movement fun
Who Should Come
Anyone who wants to actually get better. Age, gender, experience - doesn’t matter. If you’re ready to work, push, and not quit after one tough session, you’ll fit right in. Lazy logon ka yahan koi scene nahi hai (Lazy folks don’t last here).

My Story
Hum hain Delhi Combat, par bas DC bula lo. Gym nahi, yeh apni squad hai - family hai. Yahan sab aate hain, kids se leke ladies, athletes, maa-beta jodi bhi. Kaam hai andar ka Yoddha bahar lana. Sirf technique, ego ko gate pe chhod do. Easy nahi hai, push karenge, jab lagta hai bas ab nahi ho sakta, tab asli training shuru hoti hai. Mazaa bhi aata hai, strength bhi milti hai.
