Boxing Training Philosophy: Fight Your Own Battles
Boxing here is more than a sport, it is a way of life. Learn to build the mental toughness and the jigar to face any of life's challenges.
"It is better to die on your feet than to live on your knees." This is the philosophy we live by. We run our own race and forge our own path through sheer effort.
"You must have courage. Life will not always be in your favor." This run is a metaphor for life's challenges. I teach my students to have the heart to fight through any adversity.
"This war is won with courage, not with the crowd." I teach my students to find their talent and walk their own path, not through books, but through the skill and fire within.
"Believe in the divine. Be cool, be patient, work hard, and achieve big." This early morning grind is a form of meditation, building the patience and discipline needed for success.
"I don't know what my life story will be, but it will never say that I gave up." This is the spirit I instill in all my fighters. No matter what, we never surrender.
About The Real Fight is With Yourself: Our Philosophy
My training does not happen in a sterile, air-conditioned room. We train in a raw, open-air facility where you sweat and grind. When you come here, you leave your excuses at the gate. We start with heavy conditioning and outdoor roadwork because if you cannot control your own body, you cannot control a fight.
The real fight is always with yourself. Many people join my academy thinking it is just about learning to throw a punch, but they quickly realize it is about facing their own limitations. Whether you are a kid, a woman looking for self-defense, or someone wanting to lose weight through boxing, the process remains the same.
The Daily Grind
We operate 6 days a week in Burari and Defence Colony. Our sessions are intense, typically lasting 90 to 120 minutes. We focus on the engine first. You will run, you will do bodyweight calisthenics, and you will work the heavy bags. This isn't about looking good in a mirror, it is about building the stamina to stay on your feet when things get hard.
Why We Do It
I call my students 'Khadku' which means champions. This isn't a title I give, it is something they earn through blood and sweat. We use USI and Xtremex heavy bags and footwork drills on concrete to keep it real. If you are serious about becoming a fighter, you will find the path here. We provide the ring, the gloves, and the mentorship, but the 'jigar' or courage must come from you. Expect honest, verbal guidance, no fancy supplement plans, just traditional, effective ways to build a fighter's body and mind.
