Monthly Foundation Training
Training Schedule
- 6 days a week (Mon-Sat) with Morning or Evening slot options.
- High volume training lasting 90 to 120 minutes per session.
- Valid at Burari or Defence Colony centers.
Core Coaching
- Instruction on Stance, Guard, Footwork, and Basic Punches (Jab, Cross, Hook, Uppercut).
- Rotational 1-on-1 focus mitt work with coaches to correct form.
- Drills on heavy bags and uppercut bags for power endurance.
Akhada Style Conditioning
- Outdoor cardio including 3 to 5km runs in nearby parks.
- Strength drills using tractor tyres (flips and jumps) and medicine balls.
- Functional bodyweight exercises like pushups and burpees.
Discipline
- Strict military-style discipline focusing on punctuality and mental toughness.
- Practical self-defense application of boxing moves.
Quarterly Competitive Track
Competition Readiness
- Guaranteed participation in Friday Fight Days with full contact sparring.
- Tactical training on ring generalship and defensive maneuvers.
- Timed rounds with corner instructions to simulate match pressure.
Tournament Support
- Guidance for registration in District, State, and CBSE Cluster championships.
- Coach support (Corner Management) during local tournament bouts.
- Basic weight management guidance for specific fight categories.
Advanced Access
- Priority usage of the full-size boxing ring for sparring drills.
- Access to academy headgear and competition vests for internal sparring.
- Mental conditioning sessions focused on courage and self-reliance.
About Youth Boxing Program
Why We Do This
Boxing, for me, is about facing yourself first. Yeh ladai khud se hai (the fight is with oneself) - that’s what drives our Youth Boxing Program. We don’t just teach punches. We help kids discover their own hunar (talent) and build respect for themselves.
What Your Child Learns
- Real self-defense skills every session. Kids learn to stay aware and protect themselves, not just inside the ring.
- Discipline is the backbone here. Showing up, doing the mehnat (hard work), sticking with it - even when it’s tough.
- Confidence grows by mastering tough skills and pushing through challenges.
- Jigar (courage) is a big part of our training. We want kids to stand strong, whether it’s in school or life.
- Boxing is a powerful workout. It keeps kids active and healthy without making fitness feel boring.
Two Levels, One Mission
- Beginners start with basics like stance, footwork, and pad work. We keep it hands-on, with coaches guiding everyone.
- Competitive youth boxing for those aiming to win medals. We push advanced drills, tactical sparring, and real competition experience. Many of our students have bagged medals at Delhi State and CBSE events.
Training Akhada & Schedule
Our academies in Burari and Defence Colony are proper akhadas (training grounds) - not swanky gyms. Expect full boxing rings, punching bags, open mats, and a focus on hard work. We run morning and evening batches 6 days a week, and there’s always a couple of coaches keeping an eye on everyone.

My Story
Har Har Mahadev. People keep saying, padhai sab kuch hai (studies are everything), but I always believed my real strength is my hunar (talent). So, I made my own road. Boxing is not just a sport for me, it’s a fight with your own self. Bheed se nahi, jigar se jeeti jaati hai (not won by crowd, but by courage). I teach my students to be real 'Khadku' – champions, not just in the ring, but in life.

How We Train - Yahan sirf boxing nahi, discipline aur jigar bhi sikhte hain. Mehnat mandatory hai, excuses nahi chalte.
Who Can Join - Kid ho, pro ho, ladka ya ladki, agar fight karne ka will hai toh welcome. Serious ho toh fighter bana denge.
Academy Experience - Ring mein hi asli training hoti hai. Expect hands-on, intense sessions. 'Maaro, maaro! Speed la!' – tough love, real results.
