I teach more than just punches. I build discipline, mental toughness, and real self-defense skills for kids and youth, training them to be champions in the ring and in life.

Here, our youngest members, including girls and boys, practice their basic stance and straight punches. I ensure every child gets attention and learns the fundamentals correctly in a fun, disciplined environment.

This is a controlled sparring session between two of our youngest students. It's not about aggression; it's about learning distance, timing, and courage in a safe setting with full protective gear.

Friday is sparring day, even for the little ones. Here, two young boys are learning the basics of ring craft, moving and throwing punches under the watchful eye of a coach.

You can see the focus as these two kids engage in a light sparring match. This drill helps them overcome fear and think strategically, which are crucial life skills.

Even the smallest fighter gets one-on-one attention. I am personally teaching this young boy the correct form for his punches, ensuring he builds good habits from day one.

In-ring practice for our junior members. They learn to move around the ring, maintain their guard, and face an opponent, all essential parts of youth boxing training.

About Future Champions: Kids & Youth Boxing

You will see sparring in my ring, but this is always fully controlled and supervised by my coaches. My goal is to teach your child how to manage distance, think under pressure, and control their emotions. It is about courage and focus, never about mindless aggression.

The Khadku Mindset

In my academy, we do not waste time. Boxing is the ultimate test of character. Whether your child is 8 or 18, they will follow the same path: physical conditioning followed by technical discipline. My students do not just learn to box; they learn to work hard and handle failures.

What Training Looks Like

Every session starts with a mandatory warm-up—running, skipping, and bodyweight movements. We do not skip the basics. We move to shadow boxing and pad work to ensure their form is correct.

  • Conditioning: We use the local environment for real-world strength training, not just gym machines.
  • Sparring: This happens under strict supervision. We use headgear and gloves to keep it safe, but the intensity is real. This is where they learn to stay calm when things get difficult.

Safety and Environment

We operate out of Burari and Defence Colony. My academy is an open-air facility because I believe real fighters need to sweat and grind, not hide in air conditioning. We have 2-3 coaches on the floor at all times, ensuring every child receives hands-on instruction.

Why Start Young?

Parents bring their kids to me for different reasons—some want their children to burn off energy, others want them to learn self-defense, and many want them to build the discipline they lack at school. Regardless of your reason, the result is the same: a more confident, focused, and disciplined individual. We do not promise miracles, but we promise that if you put in the work, you will see a real change.

My academy is a place for hard work, not show-offs. I train kids to fight their own battles, giving them the 'jigar' (courage) they need to face life, whether they want to become competitive boxers or simply gain real self-confidence.
