My Funda: Raw, Real, No-Nonsense

Saaf baat hai (let's be clear), you won't find mirrors or AC here. This is about what you do, not how you look. Yahan pasina bahana hi padta hai (you have to sweat here). I believe in mehnat (hard work), not shortcut tricks. Tadap chahiye - that fire to keep showing up.

What to Expect: The Boxing Way

Forget boxercise - this is real boxing training for fitness. You'll actually learn how to throw a punch, use your feet, and control your body. Whether you want boxing for weight loss, build real stamina, or push your limits, the rules are simple: discipline and consistency. Sabko train karta hoon (I train everyone) - men, women, beginners, athletes - just bring your commitment.

Daily Grind: No Escaping the Mehnat

  • Every session is a full-body challenge
  • Basics covered: stance, footwork, uppercuts, jabs, hooks - your pair (feet) will be busy
  • Engine room: skipping, running, tough rounds on the heavy bag for boxing stamina workout
  • Power: pull-ups, push-ups, deadlifts, resistance bands - all for that real punch

It's tough, not fancy. You'll want to quit some days. But you'll be part of a group, and I'll be in your corner, pushing you not to give up.

The Akhada: Where the Magic Happens

Our gym is a proper akhada (training ground) - full-size ring, heavy bags, matted floors, weights. No distractions, just pure focus and real results. If you’re ready for real mehnat, this is your place.

My Story

Naam hai Bhushan Saini. Yeh academy meri zindagi ka kaam hai. Log bolte, 'Coach, sports main kya hai?' Bhai, yahin toh sab kuch hai! Yahan sirf boxer nahi, insaan bante hain. Jab Krishan Thakran ne gold jeeta, ya Boris van der Vorst jaise legends aaye, toh lagta hai sahi raaste pe hain. Prayas hi safalta hai. Sapne mat todna, dil toot jaye chalega.
