About The Test: Sparring & Ring Craft

I don't let anyone step into the ring without building a foundation first. You start with footwork and pad work, and only when I see the discipline in your eyes do we move to controlled sparring. Expect sessions that are intense but safe—full headgear, supervised rounds, and real-time corrections. We don't spar to hurt each other; we spar to sharpen our instincts.
