Repetition is the only way to turn effort into skill. Whether you are building raw power on the heavy bag or mastering footwork through shadow boxing, this is where the grind happens. No shortcuts, just hard work.

A group of young students practicing shadow boxing in the ring. I am giving instructions to correct their form and ensure they are building a strong foundation.

A young boxer works on the heavy bag, a classic tool for developing power, combinations, and stamina.

Drilling the double jab and cross. This fundamental combination is the cornerstone of a boxer's offense, and we practice it until it becomes second nature.

Young boxers practice their shadow boxing and movement in the ring. This drill is essential for visualizing a fight and perfecting technique.

Two students work on defensive drills, practicing slipping and blocking punches. A good defense is just as important as a strong offense.

Adult members of the academy practicing their shadow boxing. It's never too late to start learning the sweet science for fitness or self-defense.

A group of boys and girls learning the basic boxing stance and guard. This is the very first step on their journey to becoming confident boxers.

A young female boxer practices the "1, 2, Slip, 2" drill. This teaches her to throw a combination, evade a counter, and follow up with another punch.

A group of beginners learning the basics of shadow boxing. Every champion starts with mastering these fundamental movements.

A powerful boxer, a true 'Khadku', unleashes on the heavy bag. This is where fighters build their knockout power.

About Mastering the Craft: Drills & Bag Work

You won't find air conditioning or fancy rubber floors here. What you will find are heavy bags and the exact space you need to drill footwork until your legs burn. We practice the same combinations—like the jab, jab, cross—until they move by instinct, not by thought. If you are looking for a comfortable fitness class, this isn't it. If you are looking to build real power and learn how to actually fight, come ready to sweat.

The Science of the Grind

Boxing is simple, but it is not easy. When you join our sessions in Burari or Defence Colony, you step into a routine built on discipline. We do not skip the fundamentals. You will spend hours mastering the basics because a champion is only as good as their guard.

Our Daily Training Cycle

We structure every 90-minute session to force adaptation. We start with high-intensity roadwork and calisthenics—pushups, sit-ups, and running—because you cannot hit with power if you do not have an engine. Once you are warmed up, we move to:

  • Shadow Boxing: This is where you visualize your opponent. You learn to control distance and perfect your punch combinations.
  • Heavy Bag Work: Using USI and Xtremex gear, you build the impact and stamina needed for real competition.
  • Footwork Drills: We use agility ladders and simple marker drills to ensure your balance is perfect. If your feet are wrong, your punch is weak.

Real Training for Real People

This is not a corporate gym. It is an open-air facility where the environment is part of the challenge. We train in the heat and the cold. Whether you are a beginner looking for weight loss, a parent wanting discipline for your child, or an aspiring fighter, the process is the same. We have 2-3 coaches on the floor to make sure you are not just throwing wild punches, but actually learning the sweet science. You will have to put in the time, but the change you see in the mirror and in your confidence will be real.

I don't believe in selling dreams; I believe in building fighters. If you show up with the discipline to work hard six days a week, I will give you the technique to protect yourself and the courage to face any opponent. The ring doesn't lie, and neither do I.
