About Proof in the Medals: Our Champions
You do not get these medals by showing up once a week. My students train in a raw, open-air environment, working through heavy bag sessions and intense sparring every Friday. When they step into the ring for a tournament, they are not just fighting an opponent; they are testing the discipline, conditioning, and mental toughness we have built together over months of sweat.
Competitive boxing requires more than just technique; it requires mental fortitude. At Chandan Singh Boxing Academy in Burari and Defence Colony, we do not believe in cushioned floors or air-conditioned comfort. Real fighting happens where it gets hot and the air is thin.
My students follow a 6-day training regimen that includes roadwork on local tracks, calisthenics, and high-intensity interval training. We focus on 'desi' strength, emphasizing natural nutrition like chana and almonds over artificial supplements. When it comes to tournaments like the Delhi Dual Boxing Championship, my fighters are prepared because they have already spent hundreds of hours in our professional ring. They know how to cut off the ring, manage distance, and counter-punch when the pressure is high.
