Yeh Akhada Hai, Gym Nahi
People keep asking, 'Kya attitude hai yaar?' (Why so much attitude, bro?). It's not attitude - it's the mitti (soil) we train in. No AC, no frills, just sweat, mud, and real strength. Our motto? Eat. Sleep. Train. Repeat.
Training Ka Scene
I teach you to be a boxer, not just how to punch. From shadow boxing and footwork training for boxers to defense drills, you’ll learn it all. Pad work gets your combos sharp, heavy bag builds that raw power, and sparring sessions in our outdoor ring push you to your limits. Safety is sorted with full gear.
Body Banegi Yahan
Boxing means full-body strength boxing workout - not just haath (hands) but legs, core, everything. We do sprints, running, skipping, bodyweight stuff, and sometimes you’ll be whacking big tyres with a sledgehammer. It’s tough, but that’s how you get strong.
Outdoor Boxing Classes, Real Vibe
We train open-air in Delhi parks. Grass, mitti, fresh air - pura asli mazaa (the real fun). There’s a pro-level ring and matted area, but nothing fancy. Just pure, old-school boxing training.
Kiske Liye Hai?
Anyone ready to work hard - kids, adults, men, women. Bas ek hi rule hai - jab tak todte nahi, tab tak chhodte nahi (we don’t stop till we break our limits).

My Story
Main Harender Tiwari, coach. Log poochte hain, 'Aaj kal itna shant kyun?' Arre bhai, toofan se pehle ki shaanti hai. Zindagi bas mehnat ka naam hai. Sai Boxing Academy mein koi sheeshe-wale gym nahi hai. Hamara ring park mein, mitti aur dhool ke beech. Asli champion yahin banta hai. Chaahe bachcha ho ya bada, jo unbeatable banna chahta hai, woh yahan aata hai. Hum raasta dikhate hain, chalna khud padta hai.
My Work
Boxing & Fitness Training - We offer outdoor boxing training, desi strength workouts, and personal fitness coaching for all ages.
Old-School, Desi Style - Training is in khuli hawa (open air), with mitti, tyre flips, sprints, intense pad work, and sparring.
For the Serious Only - Yahan sirf woh aata hai jo mehnat se nahi darta. Champions bante hain, gym members nahi.
Coaches on the Ground - Main aur Vinay, dono khud training karte hain, aapke saath, har din. No managers, only real coaches.
