How We Train
- We start with boxing for beginners, covering stance, footwork, and the basics of throwing a punch.
- Expect a weight loss boxing workout that's tough but doable. We use agility ladders, tires, skipping ropes, and bodyweight drills to push your limits.
- Pad work and bag work are daily — you’ll actually feel your improvement.
- Controlled sparring is available for those who want it, always with full safety gear and focus on technique.
Beyond Just Fitness
- Every session is about more than sweat. It’s a mind shift — you’ll see discipline and confidence go up.
- We train as a group, so ek dusre ko motivate karte hain (we motivate each other). No egos here.
- You’ll learn realistic self-defense training: awareness, blocking, and movement that actually helps outside the gym.
