Boxing is more than just punches. We build the stamina and explosive power you need through high-intensity conditioning that pushes your limits.

A glimpse into our warm-up routine inside the ring. We start with dynamic stretches and light movements to prepare the body for an intense workout.

A mix of outdoor skipping and in-ring pad work. Our training sessions are varied to keep the body guessing and build all-around athletic ability.

Outdoor warm-ups are a staple of our training. We use the open space for running and dynamic exercises to build cardiovascular endurance.

Young boxers work on their footwork and agility using a speed ladder. These drills are crucial for developing the quick feet needed to move effectively in the ring.

A combination of outdoor shadow boxing and push-up drills. I believe in building functional strength that translates directly to boxing performance.

"Train Hard, Fight Easy." This video shows our philosophy in action, with ladder drills for agility followed by sparring to apply the skills.

This is the grind. A boxer pushes through a tough conditioning circuit of burpees and jumps, building the explosive power and endurance that wins fights.

Shadow boxing with light weights and skipping. This combination builds shoulder endurance and reinforces proper punching technique while improving footwork.

About The Engine Room: Fitness & Conditioning

Don't come here looking for air conditioning or flashy mirrors. Our floor is concrete and our roof is tin. You will run 5km, you will skip, and you will do bodyweight drills until your lungs burn. This is the raw engine room where you build the stamina to last every round.

I started this because I believe in the 'Khadku' spirit—a fighter is made in the grind, not in a fancy gym. If you are looking for a place to hide in a corner and do light cardio, this is not it. This is where we build the engine. Every session starts with intense conditioning. We run, we skip, we use ladders, and we do push-ups until our bodies adapt to the pressure.

We train 6 days a week in Burari and Defence Colony. Whether you are a beginner wanting weight loss or an athlete training for a ring, the process is the same: discipline first, excuses later. We focus on functional fitness—the kind that translates to boxing performance. You will learn to control your breath, move your feet, and stay sharp when your body wants to quit.

We do not use supplement-based fitness myths. We focus on traditional nutrition—milk, almonds, and chana—and real work. My team of coaches is on the floor with you, monitoring your form during every shadow boxing drill and heavy bag set. We don't just aim to make you sweat; we aim to make you stronger than you were when you walked in.
