Monthly Standard Coaching
Training Schedule
- Daily Access: 6 days a week (Mon-Sat) training regime.
- Dual Shifts: Access to both Morning (7:00 AM - 9:30 AM) and Evening (3:30 PM - 6:00 PM) slots daily.
- Batch Format: Group training (20-30 students) led by Head Coach Santosh Mourya.
Facilities & Equipment
- Core Infrastructure: Outdoor/Semi-indoor setup within Sarvodaya Bal Vidyalaya premises.
- Conditioning Gear: Tractor tire flips, sledgehammer drills, and battle ropes for functional strength.
- The Ring: Access to regulation-size boxing ring for spatial drills.
- Floor: 20mm interlocking foam puzzle mats for footwork.
Sparring & Drills
- Cardio: High-intensity stair running and 3-5km outdoor group runs.
- Combat: Controlled live sparring with state-level peers.
- Gear: Access to shared community gloves and headguards for beginners.
Quarterly Athlete Program
Advanced Coaching
- Base Access: Includes all training sessions and facility access listed in the Monthly plan.
- Pad Work: Dedicated focus mitt sessions with the Head Coach to correct form.
- Strategy: Tactical breakdown of fight styles (counter-punching/ring cutting) tailored to body type.
Career Management
- Competition: Assistance with paperwork for District and Delhi State Boxing Championships.
- Cornering: Coach presence ringside for local bouts and inter-club tournaments.
- Trials: Priority guidance for state selection trials.
Nutrition & Recovery
- Diet Plan: Traditional 'Desi' diet recommendations focusing on natural sources (raw eggs, chana, badam, milk).
- Recovery: Outdoor yoga sessions for flexibility and mental focus.

At Youth Star Boxing Academy, I train fighters who want to compete and win. You won’t find fancy fitness routines or shortcuts here. Only sweat, discipline, and a whole lot of repetition. If you’re serious about stepping into the ring and pushing yourself, this is your spot.
Who Fits In
I coach kids, teens, and adults - boys and girls - who want to compete at any level. You need to be ready for boxing competition training, not just basic workouts. Expect tough days, team drills, and a ton of discipline.
What We Do Every Day
- Basics first – stance, footwork, movement. Drilled till it’s automatic. Aage aate hue (coming forward) is standard here.
- Power, speed, and accuracy built up through shadow boxing, heavy bag work, and pad drills.
- Functional boxing workouts like tire flips, stairs, and ropes. Not just gym stuff.
- Real sparring in our ring, with full gear and close coaching. This is where you learn how to handle pressure and distance.

My students win medals, not just selfies. You’ll see names like Jasvinder, Simran, Dolly, and Pawan on our wall, with state and national-level wins. Jaankari ke liye (just so you know), we’ve produced champions who’ve beaten top-ranked opponents.

My Story
I'm Santosh Mourya, coach at Youth Star Boxing Academy. Started this place in 2017, just a sapna (dream) with small beginnings. I always say, abhi-abhi toh pairon par khada hua hoon (just now got on my feet), speed toh abhi baaki hai (speed is yet to come). When my kids—boys and girls—win medals, feels like sab kuch sahi ho raha hai (everything’s going right). We’re a family, training hard every day, chasing big dreams and bigger wins.
My Work
Boxing and Fitness Training - We offer youth boxing classes for all ages, mixing yoga, stair running, sparring, and boxing fitness drills.
Our Coaching Style - Discipline is key. Expect tough sessions—commands flying, no shortcuts, 100% effort inside and outside the ring.
Creating Champions - We push for competitive boxing coaching, aiming for medals in state and national events. Serious boxers only.
Training Schedule - Classes run Monday to Saturday, mornings 7-9:30, evenings 3:30-6. Admissions open.
