My Approach
Fitness is way more than pumping iron or chasing numbers. For me, it’s about building balance between your body and mind. My own injury years ago changed how I train - I don’t believe in pushing till you break. Instead, I focus on consistency, discipline, and tuning into what your body actually needs.
What Training With Me Feels Like
- I design every session around your goals. Whether you want to get strong, fix nagging pain, or simply move better, we’ll find the right mix for you.
- Strength building for beginners? I’ll walk you through barbells, dumbbells, bodyweight moves, and gym machines. Your form and safety always come first - no ego lifting here.
- Hybrid fitness routines are my jam. We’ll blend yoga warm-ups, cardio bursts, strength work, and agility drills (think Surya Namaskar meets CrossFit). This style is great even if you’ve just got a mat and a pair of dumbbells at home.
- Flexibility and mobility work is huge for me. With 12+ years of yoga, I help you stretch deeper, unlock stiff joints, and even tackle goals like handstands. I regularly work with folks in their 60s and up, and mobility training for seniors is a big part of what I do.
Real Results, Real Life
I’ve helped people manage back pain, stiff shoulders, anxiety, and conditions like Scoliosis and Gout. I train clients in Mumbai (home or gym), or we can do live online sessions. Just remember - chale to kat hi jayega safar aahista aahista (the journey will eventually be completed, slowly and steadily). No shortcuts, just progress.
