Your body is your temple, and sometimes it needs specific care. I combine alignment-focused yoga with gentle restorative postures to help you heal, release stress, and move without pain.

A personal training session focusing on gentle, restorative stretching. Using pillows for support in Parivrtta Janu Sirsasana (Revolved Head-to-Knee Pose) allows for a deep side-body stretch without strain.

This is a simple yet powerful restorative pose using a dining chair to release back tension. The sweat on the mat shows that even gentle, anatomical work can be profound.

A personal training client moves gracefully from Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) to Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel Pose). We tailor sessions to meet your personal goals, whether it's balance, strength, or flexibility.

Therapeutic yoga can be done anywhere, even in the comfort of your home. Here, a client uses a bolster on her bed for a gentle, supported backbend to relieve spinal tension.

Age is no barrier to practice. This student is using a yoga wheel at home to gently open her upper back in Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), improving posture and spinal health.

A demonstration of how to use a simple chair at home for a supported backbend. This is a key part of our therapeutic approach, teaching you how to care for your spine in your daily life.

A personal training client works on backbends and inversions using a yoga wheel. We use various props to make the practice safe and effective for individual needs.

The final and most important pose: Savasana (Corpse Pose). After the effort of inversions and asanas, we guide the class into deep relaxation to integrate the benefits of the practice.

A class settles into Savasana (Corpse Pose) and Apanasana (Knees-to-Chest Pose). These final resting postures are crucial for calming the nervous system and absorbing the practice.

A prenatal yoga session at home, focusing on pranayama (breathing exercises) and gentle seated poses. This practice helps connect mother and baby and prepares the body for birth.

About Heal & Restore: Therapeutic Yoga

When you are healing, we do not rush. I often tell my students, 'Ruko, alignment sahi karo' (Hold, get your alignment right). We don't force a pose; we use props like bolsters, chairs, and ropes to support your body where it is right now, allowing your muscles and spine to release tension safely, at a pace that actually works for your recovery.
