Most people think core work is just endless crunches, but here, we use medicine balls and weighted props to create real instability. When I place a bolster on your back while you hold a plank, or ask you to hold a Russian twist with a weighted ball, I am not just testing your abs—I am teaching your body to stabilize under load. It feels different because it forces your muscles to switch on in ways that floor exercises simply cannot.

When we talk about core strength, we aren't chasing the look of defined abs. We are building a foundation that makes your daily life easier, whether that means carrying groceries without back pain or holding a difficult yoga pose with ease.
