How We Approach Therapeutic Yoga
When you join our sessions, you are not just following a video. You are part of a guided, hands-on experience. Many of my students come to me after trying different treatments for back pain, knee issues, or hormonal imbalances like PCOD.
The Role of Props in Healing
We treat props as extensions of your body.
- Yoga Wheels & Belts: Essential for spinal traction and safe decompression. They help you hold poses for longer durations without straining your joints.
- Wooden Blocks: These provide the necessary height so you can focus on the alignment of your spine rather than just touching your toes.
- Chairs: Used for those with limited mobility to ensure everyone can practice safely.
Why Personalized Attention Matters
In our group sessions, I prioritize small batch sizes. This ensures that when we work on specific ailments, I can watch your posture and correct it in real time. We do not just do 'yoga'; we practice targeted asanas to help with sciatica, cervical issues, and hypertension.
