Deepen your practice with our yoga retreats in Rishikesh
Yoga is not meant to be trapped within four walls. Join us as we take our practice to the lap of nature, focusing on breath, sound healing, and spiritual rejuvenation.
Practicing yoga in the fresh air, surrounded by greenery, is a rejuvenating experience. Here I am flowing through a sequence of asanas in a park.

About Yoga Beyond the Studio
When we practice away from the studio, the stillness of nature becomes our teacher. In Rishikesh, we move beyond simple postures to integrate sound healing and ancestral meditation, giving you a chance to clear deep-seated stress that city life often masks.
Nature has a way of silencing the noise of the mind. In the studio, we work on alignment and mechanics, but in our retreats, we focus on the energy flow. Rishikesh provides the perfect backdrop for this; the air is pure, the environment is quiet, and the spiritual heritage of the city supports a deeper level of introspection.
Why practice beyond the studio?
It is not just about changing the scenery. When you remove yourself from your daily routine, you create space for healing that is hard to access at home. Our retreats combine traditional asanas with:
- Sound Healing & Vibration: Using frequencies to balance your chakras and release trapped emotions.
- Ancestral Meditation: A guided practice to clear old family karmas and blocks, which often manifest as physical or mental tension.
- Conscious Breathing: Pranayama in fresh, open air allows for deeper oxygenation of the blood, helping with stress and anxiety management.
Connecting with the elements
Whether we are practicing by the water or under the shade of ancient trees, the goal is to feel grounded. Yoga is a lifestyle, not just a one-hour workout. These retreats are designed to help you build that lifestyle. You return home with a refreshed perspective, having learned techniques to manage your health issues—be it back pain, hypertension, or emotional fatigue—using the wisdom of yoga. Har Har Mahadev.
Karuna Ahuja
Namaskar, I am Karuna. I started this journey to find my own healing from chronic pain, and now I share that path with you. Whether we are in the studio or in the mountains, my goal remains the same: helping you find a lifestyle where you are swasth and mast.
