About The Joy of Community
Walking into a new yoga studio can feel intimidating, but here, the person next to you is likely just trying to find their balance, too. Our small group sessions in DLF Phase 1 are specifically capped at 15 students to ensure you get personal attention and encouragement, rather than getting lost in a crowd.
We started this studio because we wanted a place where falling and laughing are as welcome as finding balance. Our group sessions, ranging from Hatha Vinyasa flow to deep stretch, are built on the 'work-in' philosophy—moving your body not to punish it, but to find ease in your mind and soul.
