About Our Community: In the Studio and Outdoors
We do not just practice in a room. You will see us using wall ropes and chairs in our Prashant Vihar studio to get the alignment right, and then taking our pranayama sessions out into the park to breathe with nature. It is not about competing for the best pose, but about building a community where you feel safe to share your struggles and grow at your own pace.
