Yoga for Pain & Body Ailments

My own journey with yoga began with my search for relief from cervical and back pain. I use specific, targeted asanas and techniques to help you manage chronic pain, hormonal imbalances like PCOD, high BP, and migraines naturally and safely.

Assisted Yoga & Prop-Based Practice

I believe props make yoga correct, not easy. We use belts, blocks, wheels, and chairs to help every student, regardless of their flexibility, achieve the correct alignment in each pose, preventing injury and deepening the benefits of the practice.

Stress Relief, Pranayama & Meditation

Yoga is the journey to quiet the mind. I teach traditional pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation practices like Sahaj Dhyan and Yog Nidra to help you release stress, calm anxiety, and find inner peace.

My Yoga Philosophy & Teachings

Yoga Beyond the Studio

Yoga is not confined to four walls. I love taking my practice outdoors and organizing retreats in serene locations like Rishikesh, connecting with nature and deepening our spiritual practice.
