Yoga is not just exercise; it is a way of life. Here, I share the core therapeutic principles that helped me heal my own chronic pain and how you can integrate them for a balanced, healthier daily routine.

We all know the saying 'Pehla sukh nirogi kaya' (the first happiness is a healthy body). In this video, I ask you to consider making yoga a part of your daily routine for true health and happiness.

Are you dealing with stress, anxiety, or physical problems? I am here to guide you. I offer both online and offline classes to help you achieve physical and mental well-being.

Here, I share a bit about my own yoga journey, which started from my own health issues like cervical pain. Yoga healed me completely, and I want to help you find your own healing path.

About My Yoga Philosophy & Teachings

In my sessions, I use yoga props like wheels, blocks, and belts not to make the practice easier, but to make it anatomically correct for your specific body. This approach is crucial if you are joining because of chronic cervical or back pain, as it allows us to safely create traction and spinal decompression without risking further injury. You receive hands-on alignment corrections, whether you attend our studio sessions in Shalimar Bagh or join our interactive Zoom classes from home.
