In my group classes in Andheri West, we focus on what works, not what looks good on social media. I believe that yoga is for every body—kids, seniors, and women navigating different life phases. Because I use the Iyengar-influenced approach, we rely heavily on props to ensure that even if you have stiff joints or previous injuries, you can safely perform the asanas.
