Yoga extends beyond the mat. Join us for traditional Hawan ceremonies and guided meditation to find stillness amidst the city's noise.

A glimpse of a Hawan pooja (fire ceremony) held at our studio to welcome the new year. We come together as a community to offer prayers and set positive intentions for the times ahead.

This video shows a special MANIPURA Dhyan session at our Gurugram studio. This practice focuses on the navel chakra to boost confidence and willpower, using specific breathing techniques and postures.

About Sacred Rituals & Inner Connection

In our studio, we practice Manipura Dhyan, a technique focused on activating the navel chakra to build tangible willpower and confidence. This is not just sitting in silence; we use specific breath retention patterns that help you break through mental blocks. If you feel like your resolve wavers during high-pressure weeks, this session provides the practical reset you need to regain your center.

For me, yoga is a journey of 8 limbs, not just the physical postures we see on social media. When we invite you to participate in a Hawan or a guided Dhyan session, it is to reconnect with your 'antaratma' (inner self).

Why We Practice Traditional Rituals

The modern world is full of 'tanaav' (stress). We use ancient techniques like Hawan to create a space of purity and intention. It is a communal practice where we come together to offer prayers and set positive goals for the future. It is not about religion; it is about the energy of the group and the calming effect of the fire ceremony on our collective focus.

Meditation for Modern Life

Our meditation sessions, particularly the Manipura Dhyan, are designed for the person who feels constantly drained. We focus on breathing techniques like box breathing to manage stress instantly. You do not need to be a long-time practitioner to start. Whether you join us in our Gurugram studio or during one of our Himalayan retreats, the goal remains the same: to equip you with tools you can use every day, whether you are at your desk or navigating a difficult life decision. We keep the practice raw and honest, just as it was taught to me in the ashrams.

I grew up in a Haryana village where I learned that service is the ultimate prayer. I founded this academy to share what I learned from masters in Mysore and ashrams across India. My goal is simple: helping you find peace without pretense.
