Day 3 of our retreat included a visit to the lush Parvati Valley, exploring Kasol and paying respects at the Manikaran Sahib Gurudwara with its famous hot springs.

About Adventures in Manali & Rohtang

This retreat is a balance of physical activity and spiritual sadna. We travel from Delhi to Manali, where our days involve morning pranayama in the open air and treks to Rohtang Pass or Naggar Castle. Be ready for walking and changing altitudes; this is a rugged Himalayan experience designed for those who want to integrate yoga into their daily travel.

We move away from the noise of city life to the quiet of the mountains. Our retreats follow a structured routine: mornings are for Hatha and Power Yoga, often conducted near riverbanks or meadows, while evenings are dedicated to pranayama, mantra chanting, and philosophy. We visit sites like the Atal Tunnel and Manikaran Sahib not just for sightseeing, but to practice mindfulness in nature.

The accommodation is comfortable but humble, selected to give you a view of the peaks without the distractions of high-end resorts. Since we travel in groups from Delhi, this is also a chance to build a community with fellow travelers. You do not need to be an expert yogi to join, but you should have an interest in breathwork and a willingness to step out of your comfort zone.
