Find stillness away from the noise. Join me for an immersive 5-day journey that blends traditional yoga practice with the ancient spiritual history of Nepal.
A beautiful, quiet morning in Pokhara, Nepal. The video shows the first light of dawn touching the peaks of the Himalayas, a perfect and peaceful start to a day of yoga and exploration.
A moment of relaxation in an infinity pool overlooking the mountains near Pokhara. Our retreats balance deep inner work with moments of rest and appreciation for the surrounding beauty.
Standing before the sacred Pashupatinath Temple in Kathmandu. This is one of the most powerful sites dedicated to Lord Shiva, and visiting it was a deeply spiritual experience for our group.
Our retreat participants gathered at the Pashupatinath Temple complex. The energy of this place is palpable, and it was a privilege to share this moment of reverence together.
The group holding Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) in front of the Temple View Restaurant in Bhaktapur. This demonstrates how we integrate our yoga practice into every part of our journey.
A moment of collective meditation at Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Finding stillness amidst the echoes of history in this ancient city was a unique and profound experience for all of us.
The group celebrating our visit to Bhaktapur, a city of devotees. The joy of exploring such a culturally rich world heritage site together is evident on everyone's faces.
A fun group photo on the steps of a temple in Bhaktapur, guarded by ancient stone lions and elephants. These journeys are filled with learning, laughter, and lasting memories.
A playful moment at the entrance to the Namo Buddha Monastery. Our trek to this sacred site was challenging, but the sense of accomplishment and community made it all worthwhile.
Our happy group posing together during the trek through the forests on our way to Namo Buddha Monastery. The path itself is as much a part of the spiritual journey as the destination.
About Spiritual Journeys in Nepal
Please understand that this is not a luxury holiday where you spend the day lounging by a resort pool. We are here for 'Sadhana' (practice). You will trek to monasteries, sit on stone floors in ancient temples, and wake up before sunrise to practice. If you are looking for comfortable tourism, this is not the right fit. If you are looking for an honest, demanding, and deeply grounding experience, you will find it here.
Our Approach to Spiritual Travel
When we travel to Nepal, the goal is 'Aadhyatmik' (spiritual) reconnection. We base ourselves in Pokhara and Bhaktapur, not just for the views, but because these places hold energy that supports our practice. This is not about sight-seeing, but about seeing ourselves clearly.
The Practice in Nepal
We practice at the Pashupatinath Temple, one of the most powerful sites dedicated to Lord Shiva, and find stillness in the UNESCO World Heritage streets of Bhaktapur. We trek to the Namo Buddha Monastery—the walk itself is part of the 'tapas' (discipline). Whether we are in the meadows of Pokhara or in a quiet courtyard, my sessions focus on pranayama and Hatha yoga to help you leave the 'tanaav' (stress) of city life behind.
The Logistics
These are land-only packages. This means I take care of everything once you land in Nepal—accommodation in 3-star plus tourist hotels, all vegetarian meals, local transport, and, of course, the yoga sessions. You just need to book your flight. We focus on community, so you will share meals and experiences with a small group of like-minded individuals. By the end of five days, we are no longer strangers.
