This is the first glimpse into our retreats. I have selected these visuals to give you a true feeling of the experience, from the serene morning meditations in nature to the joy of our travel and community. This is more than a holiday; it is a journey back to your antaratma (inner self).
Himalayan Retreats: Khajjiyar & Dalhousie
Experience the tranquility of the Himalayas in what is often called 'Mini Switzerland'. Our retreats here focus on outdoor yoga and meditation in lush green meadows, surrounded by pine forests and misty mountains. The journey includes mindful walks, local sightseeing, and forming deep connections with fellow travelers.
Spiritual Journeys in Nepal
Our retreats in Nepal are a blend of aadhyatmik exploration and cultural immersion. We practice yoga against the backdrop of the Annapurna range in Pokhara and walk through ancient history in UNESCO World Heritage sites like Bhaktapur. The journey includes treks to monasteries and visits to powerful temples like Pashupatinath.
Adventures in Manali & Rohtang
This retreat is for those who seek adventure alongside their spiritual practice. We journey to the high-altitude Rohtang Pass, explore the scenic Atal Tunnel, and visit cultural sites like Naggar Castle and Manikaran Sahib. The raw, majestic beauty of the snow-capped peaks provides a powerful backdrop for our yoga and exploration.
Yoga by the Ganges: Rishikesh YTTC
Our Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) in Rishikesh is a deep dive into the ancient science of yoga. We hold sessions on the banks of the sacred river Ganga, focusing on core principles like pranayama, meditation, and the art of physical adjustments. This course is designed to awaken the inner teacher within each student.
My Philosophy & Teachings
My approach to yoga is rooted in the timeless wisdom of Indian scriptures and the principle of 'seva' or selfless service. In these clips, I share my personal story and the core beliefs that guide my teaching. I aim to make yoga a practical tool for managing the tanaav (stress) of modern life.
Sacred Rituals & Inner Connection
Our practice goes beyond physical postures to include ancient techniques for inner balance and spiritual connection. This includes traditional Hawan (fire ceremonies) to purify energy and special Dhyan (meditation) sessions like Manipura Dhyan, which is designed to build confidence and willpower.
Additional Glimpses
Here are more moments from my travels and retreats across our beautiful country. From the holy shrine of Badrinath to the stunning slopes of Auli, my mission is to combine the path of yoga with the exploration of India's incredible natural and spiritual heritage.
