Yoga & Wellness Retreats
I run small-group yoga and wellness retreats where you practice classical yoga, learn practical Ayurveda and self-care, and connect with nature through local experiences like forest walks and heritage visits.

About Yoga & Wellness Retreats
Why I Hold These Retreats
It took me a while to realise, but life flows from inside us, not at us. My faith in spirituality shaped the way I approach yoga. These retreats aren't just a break – they’re a chance to pause, breathe, and heal, step away from the usual rush, and come back with a little more peace.
What You’ll Experience
I keep retreat groups small for a reason. It’s easier to form real connections, let things feel personal, and make sure nobody gets lost in the crowd. My approach mixes:
- Classical yoga rooted in the T. Krishnamacharya lineage (think Vinyasa Krama)
- Mind-body practices: daily asana, pranayama, and meditation
- Wisdom sessions: bits of Ayurveda, wellness rituals, and simple self-care you can actually use
- Nature immersion retreats: morning walks, forest bathing, and soaking in the scenery
A Taste of What We Do
Every retreat is shaped by the place we’re in. In Kumaon, we wake up to birdsong, do sunrise yoga, forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku), and share fresh, local food. In Ladakh, it’s yoga by the Indus, meditation at old monasteries, heritage walks, meeting a Scholar monk and a Himalayan Amchi, and even star gazing with a telescope.
Who These Retreats Are For
If you want to de-stress, disconnect from city chaos, and reconnect with nature and yourself, you’ll fit right in. Doesn’t matter if you’re just starting out or have a solid sadhana going.
What You’ll Take Back
The goal isn’t just a few nice days. I want you to leave with practical tools, micro-habits, and wellness rituals to carry home - a calmer mind, rested body, and a little more joy for the everyday.

My Story
You know, Om YogaShala isn’t just about yoga mats and fancy poses. It started with faith, prayer, and a bit of restlessness. I was that person who couldn’t sit still, always jumping at the gym. Yoga didn't come easy, but it taught me quietude in movement. My home’s a patchwork of travel memories, a little modern Indian chaos (Vogue even noticed). Broke my toe once – yeah, movement’s precious. Every stumble, every breath, it’s all a teacher.
