Build core strength, flexibility, and balance through a dynamic flow of postures, guided with a focus on safety and traditional alignment.

The Bakasana, or Crow Pose, is a foundational arm balance that builds incredible strength in the wrists, arms, and core. Here I demonstrate the steady hold that comes with dedicated practice.

With personalized guidance, students can achieve poses they once thought impossible. I am assisting this student to deepen her Eka Pada Rajakapotasana, or One-Legged King Pigeon Pose.

This image from a group class shows students working on a deep hip-opening stretch. We focus on building flexibility through consistent and safe practice.

A student achieves a full split, or Hanumanasana, in our class. This level of flexibility is the result of patience, dedication, and proper technique.

This video shows a dynamic Ashtanga-inspired flow, moving from an arm balance to a lunge and into a full split. This type of practice builds both strength and flexibility.

A synchronized partner headstand, or Sirsasana. This pose not only builds strength and balance but also creates a beautiful image of harmony and connection.

A student demonstrates a controlled entry and exit from a headstand. Inversions are a core part of our practice, helping to calm the mind and energize the body.

This advanced transition from a handstand to a one-legged arm balance requires immense strength and control. It is a testament to what can be achieved through disciplined practice.

The unsupported headstand, or Niralamba Sirsasana, is an advanced inversion that requires a very strong core and neck. This is a demonstration of deep internal balance.

I often assist students in learning handstands, helping them to find their balance point and build the confidence to practice on their own. Safety is always my first priority.

About Power Yoga & Advanced Asanas

I prioritize safety in every advanced pose, from Bakasana to a full split. We use props like blocks, wheels, and straps as essential tools, not signs of weakness. My classes focus on proper warm-ups and alignment so you can build strength and mastery over your body without risk of injury.
