Joining our group sessions is about finding a rhythm that works for you. Whether you come for the intensity of Power Yoga or the alignment focus of Hatha, you are always practicing in a guided, monitored environment where safety and form come first. We keep batch sizes balanced so you get personal attention while still feeling the motivation that comes from practicing with others.
Many people ask why they should join a class when they can practice at home. The answer lies in the energy of the room. When you practice alongside others, you find a natural push to hold a pose a little longer or breathe a little deeper. This is the power of a shared practice.
In our studio, we avoid the typical fitness club atmosphere. Instead, we focus on discipline and shared progress. Every session, whether it is Power Yoga, Hatha, or Aerial, starts and ends with clear intent. We use props like wheels, blocks, and ropes not as crutches, but as tools to help you explore your body's limits safely. Our instructors watch your alignment constantly. If your posture needs adjustment, we step in immediately. This is not about competition, it is about collective growth.
We offer both morning and evening batches across our locations in New Rajinder Nagar, Delhi, and DLF Phase 4 and Sector 57 in Gurugram. Classes run within the 6 AM to 8 PM window to fit your professional life. We practice on cushioned puzzle mats that are gentle on your joints, and every batch includes dedicated pranayama and meditation to ensure you leave the studio feeling clearer than when you walked in.
