A yoga space is more than just four walls and a mat. It is a container for energy. Whether you are at our Sushant Lok center or the DLF Phase 4 studio, the environment is kept purposeful. We incorporate traditional elements like wall ropes for alignment, which are essential for those learning Iyengar techniques, and silk hammocks for aerial sessions.

We strictly follow a protocol of mantra chanting at the start and end of every session to ground the practice. Our flooring is cushioned for safety during acro yoga and inversions. We do not believe in excessive luxury that distracts from the work. Instead, we invest in the quality of instruction and the safety of our gear.
